This month we will meet at B-65 McGraw Hall on the Cornell Arts Quad at 5:00 p.m. instead of meeting at the park. Cornell archaeologist Sherene Baugher's students will give their presentations of their research on artifacts from the Rumsey House Site in the upper park.

"This year we have LOTS of artifacts to show you.  We found about 50 (yes 50!) whole bottles!  One of my students has reconstructed some dishes, cups, saucers and a platter.  The engineering students have researched some interesting metal artifacts."

"The meeting will start at 5:00 so that you will have time to get the free parking slots between McGraw and the Johnson Museum.  We will be meeting in B65 McGraw Hall (where we always meet in the archaeology lab)."
